PFIT는 현재 전 제품 무료배송을 실시하고 있습니다.

PFIT store provides free shipping for all products

배송 기간은 결제 완료일로부터 2 ~ 3 영업일이 소요되시며,

연휴 또는 배송사의 사정에 따라 1 ~ 2 일 정도 더 소요되실 수 있음을

참고해주시기 바랍니다.

해외에서 주문을 원하시는 경우에는 게시판에 문의 주시면 답변을 드리고 있습니다.

물품 수령 후(택배 도착일자 기준) 7일 이내에 '게시판 접수' 또는 '실시간 문의'로 접수해 주세요.

사전에 신청해 주신 상품에 한해서만 교환/반품이 가능합니다.

Please register by 'Bulletin Request' or 'Real-time Inquiry' within 7 days after receiving the item (based on the delivery date).

You can only exchange/return the products you applied for in advance.

보내실 때는 물품 수령시와 동일하게 포장해 주세요.
택에 손상이 있는 경우에는 반품과 교환이 모두 불가합니다.
성함,주소,전화번호,보내시는 상품,사유등 반품카드 양식에 맞게 적어 보내주셔야 처리가 가능합니다.

When you send it, please wrap it the same as when you receive the item.

If there is damage to the tag, both returns and exchanges are not possible.

You have to write down your name, address, phone number, product you send, and reason according to the return card form to process it.

<교환반품 불가사항>
-상품 수령 후 7일 이상 경과된 경우
-상품 구매시 교환/환불 불가능이 명시되어 있는경우
-사용 흔적(집냄새,향수냄새,체취) / 텍 제거 및 바코드 훼손, 오염이 발견된 상품

-More than 7 days have passed since the receipt of the product

-When it is stated that exchange/refund is not possible when purchasing the product

-Traces of use (smell of home, smell of perfume, body odor) / Remove tags, damage to barcodes, and products found contaminated
